- Midlands – Tamworth, Staffordshire (moving to Lichfield in April 2026)
- South Midlands – Northampton, Northamptonshire
- Eastern – Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
- Western – Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
- Southern – Newbury, Berkshire
- South West – Swindon, Wiltshire
- Exeter – Exeter, Devon
Our Head Office is based in Measham, Swadlincote, home to our Business Support functions including HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Health & Safety and Partnership Housing, as well as Group teams in Design & Technical, Commercial, and Land & Planning.
